Gun Violence Awareness Walk
The Peace and Justice Committee in conjunction with the Gun Violence Awareness Growth Group is sponsoring DPC’s participation in a Gun Violence Awareness “Witness Walk” along with community organizations and four other local bodies of faith. Anyone interested can join the walk which begins at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church at 84 E. Oakland St. and ends at Salem UCC Church at 186 E. Court Street in Doylestown on Sunday, November 19 at 3 pm. There will be moments of remembrance and advocacy opportunities. A group will be meeting in Fellowship Hall from 1 to 2 pm on Saturday, November 18 to help create signs. Feel free to join in.
