An Update from the Pastor Nominating Committee

The Pastoral Nominating Committee (PNC) is pleased to report that after working prayerfully as a group we have developed a Ministry Discernment Profile (MDP) that best reflects the Mission Study Report. This document has now been approved by the Presbytery Commission on Ministry and by Session. This MDP, which outlines the position criteria, will be a valuable tool in finding our next Pastor. It will be live on the PCUSA’s online matching system the first week in January.

Additionally, we have begun our outreach activities by directly approaching a variety of contacts to source potential candidates. As always, we welcome input from our fellow members during this process, so if you would like to recommend any candidates or networking contacts, please reach out. We also urge you to share the employment advertisement as we continue our search. Thank you for all of your prayers and support as we move into this next chapter as a church family.
