DPC is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor and Head of Staff to lead a congregation that:
- Has a rich 220-year history, served by 13 head pastors over that time
- Has over 1200 members
- Is supported by 12 staff members including an Associate Pastor and a Pastoral Care Assistant
- Is committed to mission
- Offers a strong music program that draws participants and audience
- Is clear-sighted about the challenges we currently face
