Congregational Meeting
The Session has called for a congregational meeting to occur via Zoom on Sunday, February 7, beginning at 10:30 am.
During the meeting we will:
- Elect Deacons and Ruling Elders
- Receive the 2020 Financials and the 2021 Budget
- Review and vote on the Terms of Call for John Willingham
- Discuss and act upon two recommendations related to the proposed sale of the 112 Mechanics Street property
Because we will be voting on various motions, we want to remind you that only one vote per device can be recorded.
We have upgraded our Zoom license to allow for 500 individual users.
We ask that, if possible, each member be logged into the meeting on a different device. You can log in on the computer, iPad or smartphone or you can call in over the phone.
At the meeting, we will provide an alternative way for people to vote who participate on a landline/telephone or for people who need to share one device.
We advise you to take a moment sometime prior to the meeting to familiarize yourself with the “raise hand” and chat features in your version of Zoom as that will be the way to notify us if you have a comment or question – which must be voiced audibly – prior to a vote.
