Racial Wealth Gap Simulation

Doylestown Presbyterian Church joins with other churches in our denomination as a Matthew 25 body of faith to address the structural racism that harms so many of our brothers and sisters in Christ and the poverty that exists as a result.
Bread for the World, a nonpartisan Christian organization working to end hunger around the world, has created an interactive experience to increase understanding of what the racial wealth gap is and how each of us could be affected by it.
By understanding this history, we may all be better prepared to identify and develop fair, effective solutions to help dismantle systemic racism and how it continues to foster poverty in our country. Join with your fellow congregation members to take part in this experiential opportunity and for the discussion that follows.
