All Aboard – Our Matthew 25 Journey – Next Stop Nov. 28

Two bodies of faith. Two very different stories. One shared goal. We invite you to read the article and watch the video from Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) highlighting the ways DPC and Bethel Presbyterian Church are living as Matthew 25 congregations working to eradicate racism and act in love! https://www.presbyterianmission.org/…/beyond-black-and…/
You can also visit www.dtownpc.org/Matthew25 for more details about our church’s efforts to learn and grow together.
On November 28, we gather in the Celtic Cross Room for our next stop on All Aboard Our Matthew 25 Journey. There will be several informational stations which you can experience at your own pace, one will allow participants to peruse visual presentations looking at the impact of redlining on local communities and a photo exhibit looking at signs of segregation that still exist around the country today. We will offer another chance to participate in the Bread for the World letter writing and will have resources available for those who want to learn more about redlining and systemic racism.
