Join in with DPC members, friends and our neighbors from Second Baptist Church of Doylestown for an inspiring tour of BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham – a breathtaking Hindu Temple in Robbinsville, New Jersey, on Friday, May 29.

• We will meet at the temple by 10:45 am for the tour, which begins at 11:00 am.
• Registrations would be appreciated by Tuesday, May 12.
• There is no admission fee and the tour is free.
• Each guest will handle their own transportation, but we will attempt to organize carpooling options. The temple is about an hour’s drive from Doylestown.
• Those interested in buying lunch can do so in the vegetarian cafeteria at the temple.
• Please note there is a strict dress code of no sleeveless shirts or shorts/skirts above the knee.
• While inside the building, shoes must be removed.
• Hearing assist devices will be available, but please note, the tour guide will need to hold your photo ID while you have the device during the tour.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about culture, faith, and spirituality while appreciating beautiful architecture in a majestic setting. It also allows us to expand upon our Matthew 25 initiative which guides us toward building relationships and learning together with our neighbors.
