Buckets of Blessings
PDA and Buckets of Blessings. One of the key tools Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (PDA) uses in its response to natural disasters is the “emergency response bucket”– five-gallon buckets filled with essential cleaning and recovery supplies. These “Buckets of Blessings” provide tangible support to families facing the difficult work of rebuilding their lives. DPC’s Mission Committee is collecting the items to fill 10 buckets. At Advent All Together on November 30 we will assemble the Buckets for delivery to the Presbytery offices, to be transported to the national offices in Louisville.
