2024 DPC Fall Retreat
Let’s come together for a time of learning and fellowship during a wonderful retreat at Spruce Lake in the Poconos.
The Senior Adult Ministry Committee invites you to join Pastor Pauline Sexton as she leads our program that will explore the many aspects of prayer as a spiritual discipline.
The retreat is set for Oct. 1-3 and is open to adults of all ages. We encourage you to spread the word to friends and family!
This will be our third consecutive year visiting Spruce Lake, and the experience has always been positive. We are thrilled to return to this beautiful location set in the heart of the Pocono Mountains in northeastern Pennsylvania. Spruce Lake offers a breathtaking area that allows for a close connection with God’s creations in nature.
Guests should arrive at Spruce Lake (just under two hours from DPC, car pools can be arranged) by 11 am on Tuesday Oct. 1. The welcoming lunch will be served at 12 pm. At the conclusion of the retreat on Thursday, we’ll depart following breakfast and the morning session.
Room occupancy options include:
Single —$420 per person*
Double—$270 per person*
Prices include six meals
*Please note, if paying via credit card, the price is $430 per person for a single room, and $280 per person for a double.
