Glenna Bye Visual Art Exhibit

April 18 - June 13

Glenna Bye, a landscape painter, responds to nature in many ways. Not only does she paint the fields and valleys of our area, her paintings include streams, bridges and historic buildings. She looks for variety in their shape, texture, value, and color and arranges these components in a united and orderly way within the composition. Ms. Bye does not usually change the main visual appearance of the subject, but tries to enhance the important parts with light and shadow. She started watercolor painting when she moved to Bucks County, being inspired by the county's beauty, nostalgia, and history. Celtic Cross Room.
